My career as a professional basketball player in The US, China and Europe followed by well over a decade training clients of all abilities has given me a unique perspective of the demands of both professional and amateur athletes and I have honed my craft to the point where my clients are assured of a total fitness programme.
My approach is highly technical and sports specific, meaning that my clients receive targeted fitness and nutrition programmes supported by extensive anatomical understanding. The result: a holistic approach that focuses on the individual and not the routine achieving better results faster and in a more enjoyable, sustainable way.
